DESCRIPTION:Penalba & Gené.\n30 anys d’un temps\, d’un país.\n26 de febrer\nTeatre Aliança del Poblenou.\n(Entrades a http://barnasants.com)\nL’any 1996\, Joan Manuel Serrat va celebrar al Palau Sant Jordi un homenatge als seus companys de la Nova Cançó i a alguns autors i poetes que van influir en el seu desenvolupament. D’aquell concert en va sortir un doble disc titulat BANDA SONORA D’UN TEMPS\, D’UN PAÍS. \nTrenta anys després d’aquell homenatge\, Borja Penalba i Meritxell Gené s’han reunit per tornar-hi. Després de l’èxit de la preestrena als Estats Units\, Penalba i Gené estrenaran aquest projecte titulat D’un temps\, d’un país\, un espectacle de nova creació d’homenatge als grans noms de la Nova Cançó\, produït pel Barnasants. \nEs tracta d’un viatge sonor que dialoga amb l’essència dels grans noms com Maria del Mar Bonet\, Lluís Llach\, Raimon\, Ovidi Montllor\, Isidor Marí\, entre moltes d’altres veus que han marcat diverses generacions. Amb una sensibilitat exquisida i una complicitat artística que travessa l’escenari\, el duet Penalba i Gené revisiten aquestes cançons des del present\, amb arranjaments propis i una mirada contemporània que en preserva la força poètica i emocional. El resultat és un concert ple de llum\, memòria i mediterraneïtat\, on la tradició es transforma en una experiència viva i actual. \nAquest espectacle és molt més que un tribut: és un acte d’amor cap a una manera de fer cançó que ha definit un país i una cultura. Borja Penalba i Meritxell Gené encarnen aquesta herència amb respecte\, personalitat i una profunditat artística que fa vibrar el públic des del primer acord.
